As you will see, we offer three different dressage clinic holidays using the famous Portuguese Lusitano horses, a breed closely related to the Spanish Andalusian horse.  Originally bred for war, dressage and bull fighting, the Lusitano is generally a solid colour (grey, bay or chestnut) and are heavily muscled, intelligent, agile and graceful.  While no longer used in war, you will find them appearing in both the Portuguese and Spanish teams competing at the Olympics and World Equestrian Games and we hope you will learn new skills from these remarkable horses at our Portuguese Dressage Clinics.
