"A lovely holiday. We will definitely recommend you." Hannah Emery
A visit to Norfolk offers a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of busy life. Around every corner you will find pretty villages and historic churches, miles and miles of unspoilt beaches, countryside and rivers teeming with wildlife, relaxed towns and a city with wonderful shops, tempting cafes and fine restaurants.
The Norfolk network is in the area between Kings Lynn, Hunstanton and Holkham. It is remote and old fashioned in the nicest possible way. Farms are few and far between, and the villages appear untouched by the 21st century. The terrain is undemanding and gently undulating rather than totally flat. The area around Sedgeford and Holme-next-the-Sea comprises sandy hills with long views and big skies. It contrasts pleasantly with the lush, green water meadows in the Nar valley and the Norman castle at Castle Acre in the south of the network.
We have a range of country rides where the terrain is gentle enough for mixed groups of riders and non-riders and families.
There is much to see in Norfolk including:
- The Fens
- Norfolk Broads
- Castle Acre
- Mundsley
This is an easy 14 mile petal ride across remote sandy heathland between Harpley and Kings Lynn. Once you’re out of Harpley there’s very little roadwork until you arrive at Little Massingham.
Unless you go to one of the pub-stops, you won’t see much human habitation - a world away from the usual hustle and bustle.
