'The guides and maps are neat and really easy to use. The accommodation and meals were excellent'- Fiona Clarke
The South Cotswolds is one of our most popular networks. It extends from Tetbury and Badminton in the south to Chedworth near Cheltenham in the north, where you can ride through beautiful parkland including Cirencester Park, Miserden Park and Pinbury Park. The bridleways are generally well-kept and the countryside is full of lovely valleys and Cotswold-gem hamlets.
We offer one-centre holidays in the South Cotswolds with a choice of 'petal' rides, and some options for 'place-to-place' rides.
This network is good for mountain biking, although there are some steep hills in the west. Mountain bikes are prohibited from using the permissive routes in Cirencester Park and Miserden Park.
An 18.5 mile ride through the parks and gardens of a series of elegant country houses, including Cirencester Park in the beautiful South Cotswolds, which takes in steep wooded valleys and two popular country pubs (if required).
The second part of this ride is relatively fast, as there are few gates, and takes you through a number of pretty villages including Shawswell, Sapperton - once home to John Masefield, a former Poet Laureate - and Rendcombe.
Call us on +44 (0)1225 000000 or email contact@redlandsequestrian.com to check the ride availability and dates, once we have confirmed availability you can download and fill in a booking form:
Each rider in the party must also complete a riding ability questionnaire before we can complete the final confirmation of your holiday booking.
